Someone sent me an email today asking about this year's Breaking Ground Festival.
This is the early word:
Dates: April 19 -22
at the Calderwood Pavilion
Plays:
Alexandros by Melinda Lopez
The Cry of the Reed by Sinan Unel
Parallelogram by Kate Snodgrass
Three more plays to be announced
I'll be sure to point you to further information when it becomes available.

Todd,
Temple Gill has outed me as a fan of your blog and I happily confess that I'm hooked. I love reading about the behind the scenes work that happens to bring us that on stage magic.
And thank you for the preview of the Breaking Ground Festival. It's a great line up and I've put the dates in my calendar.

Catherine,
Thank you for the note.
Ilana Brownstein does a great job with this festival, and is working hard with all of her cohorts to get the remaining details down.
This festival is a great mix of local and national playwrights and actors, and it's so exciting that we actually produce some of these plays.
I missed a few of our early readings but since seeing all of the 2005 and 2006 Festivals I have vowed not to miss one ever again.
Best,
Todd
PS> We're big fans of Arts Boston too!
